I started strength training with Avnee in 2024, primarily to address my chronic knee pain. She's fantastic – she identifies the root cause and creates a customized plan. She started focusing on core strengthening, back strength, and leg exercises, including hip workouts. As a result, I've seen significant improvements in posture, flexibility, and overall strength. On a scale of 10, I'd rate my progress from a 3-4 to now a solid 7-8, and I'm still progressing! My sessions with Avnee are now an integral part of my routine – her approach is motivating, encouraging, and emphasizes results. And that's really important to stay on track. Thank you Avnee!!

I joined the prenatal sessions with Dr Avnee Sarin when I was 36 weeks pregnant. Even though I started relatively late in my pregnancy, Dr. Avnee made sure each session was safe effective to my body. Under her guidance I performed a wide range of exercises that targeted my whole body-strengthening my core, improving flexibility and helping me stay active and confident.

The lower body exercises in particular were a game changer. They helped me build the strength and endurance I needed for labor. When the time came, I genuinely feel how much those sessions had prepared me.What I appreciated most was Dr. Avnee supportive and knowledgeable approach.She explained the purpose behind every exercise and constantly motivated me to trust our body. I truly grateful for her guidance. I would highly recommend her prenatal sessions to any expecting mother.
